ZF-100FL-NP Sealing Compound is a plastic based compound based on PVC. The product is designed for lining of the channel of Pail Cover. It is highly foamed type.

A curing cycle of 3 minutes and above at 200-220°C is suggested after application.
This sealing compounds are designed to perform while under compression in double seams constructed to industry guidelines such as those published by the Can Manufacturer‘s Institute (CMI), Washington, DC and Metal Packaging Europe, Brussels, Belgium (SEFEL seams).
Note：The correct film weight, curing conditions and proper stirring are vital to achieve the maximum compound performance. It is recommended that all new applications are submitted to a pack test before use. We are at your disposal for advice about product usage.

● It is strongly recommended to store this product in the original closed containers.
● For optimum performance, this product should be used within 6 months of the manufacturing date.
● Store under uniform temperature conditions between 10 to 35 °C, avoid wide temperature differentials.
